School's Out Summer Camp Registration (Currently in Grades Early Ed - 5)
Registration for 2022 School's Out Summer Camps at Chamberlin, Orchard and RMCS

Early Ed camp will be at Chamberlin ONLY.  This camp is for children who are entering kindergarten in the fall.  If your child has not yet attended Kindergarten, you may only register for Chamberlin Early Ed.

Please fill out a separate form for each child.  

A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT PER CHILD, PER WEEK, is due upon completing this form.  IF YOUR CHILD IS NEW TO THE SCHOOL'S OUT PROGRAM YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP A PROCARE ACCOUNT.  https://www.myprocare.com/Default/Index?aWtuPTk2NjU5OTYzMjEmc2NoSWQ9Mg==   

Checks can be mailed to "School's Out, 2 Baldwin Ave, South Burlington, VT. 05403", paid through myprocare.com (if you're child is currently attending or has attended School's Out in the past), or by credit card over the phone (802-652-7339).  If you are signed up for auto-pay, the deposit will be deducted from your account on the next auto-pay date (unless you submit another form of payment prior to that date), If your family receives full funding from the state, then no deposit is due.  Those receiving subsidy of 50% or more need not pay deposit.  Those receiving less than 50% subsidy should submit $25 deposit per child/per week.

Camps will have a max capacity of 55 children per day.

You will receive confirmation within one week of deposit receipt.  Once a camp reaches the limit, we will add names to a wait list.  Your enrollment is not complete until you have received confirmation and we have received the deposit.

Select which camp your child will attend each week (select "none" or leave blank if your child will not be attending a week).  Ideally children will attend camp at the same school for each week registered for the sake of minimizing the spread of Covid-19

Part Time Enrollment:  We will accept requests for partial week enrollments.  Please note that your request may be rejected if the camp has a higher enrollment on your requested days.   To request a partial week schedule, let us know the details of your request in the "Anything else we need to know" section of this form.

Cancellation Policy: Families giving less than a two week notice of withdrawal will be required to pay the tuition in full.  Notifications of withdrawal can be emailed to schoolsoutbookkeeper@sbschools.net. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (cannot apply to other tuition or fees).
