The School District of Philadelphia's Office of Student Enrollment and Placement is collecting the names and contact information of those school-based individuals who will be responsible for supporting students and families with their application for School Selection for the 2024-2025 school year.  We are asking for no more than two school-based individuals to be identified, along with their contact information and title/position within your school.
