'SOW Lite' flash survey  (4 multi-choice questions)
SOW Lite refers to a model that allows an organization to compliantly manage its engagements with individual contract workers and small service providers. It is a lifecycle process that runs from sourcing, through contracting, onboarding, project management, and all the way to invoicing and payment. Moreover, this process, and the technology that supports it, must be fit-for-purpose. SOW Lite goes beyond "direct sourcing" (which focuses on sourcing/talent acquisition, talent pool management and self-sourcing). SOW Lite is a "digitally enabled process model" that can encompass some of those functions but puts a heavy emphasis on compliance assurance (including classification and contract/SOW management, et al).
