HVGW Absentee Officer Election Form - 2024
Please use this form to vote for officers on the HVGW Board of Directors. You may vote for members whose names are not included in nominations; however, only 2024 dues-paid members are able to hold board positions.

You must be a dues-paid member for the 2024 year by the time ballots are collected during the 2-4pm meeting on Sunday, April 21, 2024 in order to use this form.  Otherwise, your submission will be discarded.  Your submission must be made prior to the 2pm meeting start to ensure your vote will be counted.

You *MAY* submit this form multiple times in order to make corrections.  Only your *LAST* submission will be counted.  You may vote only once (or not at all) for a particular position or referendum (e.g. bylaws acceptance).
