FAST FRIENDS
Self-Determination Theory (SDT) says people have a deep need to connect with others. Many of us are afraid that if people find out who we are, they will reject us. Decide Ryan Brown: "We love being real, and we know that life is messy and not perfect." Arthur and Elaine Aron developed the Fast Friends Method to help people get closer to each other. There are 36 questions in the process, like "Do you have a sneaking suspicion about how you will do?" and "If you could change anything about how you were raised, what would it be?" The questions are meant to get everyone to open up simultaneously and at the same speed.

THE GOAL:
This exercise aims to help people feel more connected and close to each other.
