Please estimate the total number of students who will be participating in your visit. *
Because the vehicle can only accommodate 10-15 students at a time, most classes will need to be split in half. One group will remain in the classroom and the other group will visit the vehicle.

Due to liability reasons and in case of emergency situations, a school employee with ready access to the school building should be out with the vehicle groups during each visit.

Do you have administration support to provide a school employee to remain with the groups out on the vehicle visits or a substitute teacher to allow you to come out to the vehicle with your students?
*
Please type out a detailed schedule of the start time, end times, and class period times you anticipate groups of students will be visiting the vehicle.  *
Please provide clear instructions of the exact spot where you would like the vehicle to park. The vehicle will need about a 40 foot x 20 foot space for parking. The best option is to send a picture or labeled map to stemexplorer@delta.edu.

The vehicle does arrive an hour before visits start and will be there for an hour after visits end. Please consider this if the vehicle would be in the way of any drop-off/pick-up locations or activities.
*
The middle school vehicle visits contain quick exploratory STEM stations that students can choose to visit at their own pace with a small amount of guidance. Some examples include the welding simulator, Snap Circuits, or a robotics competition board. Do you have any suggestions of stations you think would be beneficial for your students to experience or specific standards you hope some of the stations will address?
Is there anything else we should know about your visit?
