Rules and Conditions
1. I agree to be bound by the rules of the Great Yarmouth & Gorleston Sailing Club.
2. My boat / board and I are insured by a current and valid third-party liability policy to a minimum value of £2,000,000.
3. I have checked the condition of my boat / board and consider it to be in a good and seaworthy condition
4. I shall only launch my boat / board in conditions that are suitable for its use and that are within my own capabilities
5. I shall comply with the GY&GSC Sailing Instructions, with particular attention to part 3, ‘Safety’ and part 5,  ‘Racing (& sailing) area’.
6. I shall take note of any advice offered by other members and shall, when possible and safe to do so, follow the instructions of the club officer, race officers and safety boat crews whilst afloat.
7. I am sailing / paddling at my own risk and take full responsibility for the safety of any individuals coming afloat with me.
8. Boats / Boards and members personal belongings are NOT COVERED BY CLUB INSURANCE.  Please insure your belongings appropriately.  Note - Any theft that does not involve forcible and violent entry or removal is unlikely to be covered by YOUR insurance, so it is advisable to secure your belongings. eg (Your paddle board).
