Welcome to our vibrant center for wellbeing, nestled in the picturesque town of Tammisaari in Southern Finland!

We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our community. This is a unique opportunity to live, work, and grow in a dynamic environment dedicated to courses, retreats, and art.

Commitment: We prefer volunteers who can stay for at least 1 month, longer stays are even better!

YOUR ROLE AS A VOLUNTEER:

As an integral part of our residential community and work teams, you'll contribute approximately 25 hours per week. Your tasks may include:

- Supporting events and retreats (organizing, cleaning, etc.)
- Painting, gardening, and maintenance work
- Helping with decorating projects throughout the building
- Contributing to the daily life of our community

Community Engagement:
- Participate in weekly sharing circles for volunteers
- Become a valued part of our thriving community

Bonus: Enjoy select weekly classes and events for free, and use our spaces for your own practice when available!

ACCOMMODATION AND LIVING: 

- Live on the top floor (4th) of our main building
- Share a room with another volunteer or have your own, subject to availability
- We provide weekly groceries provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Participate in communal cooking: volunteers take turns preparing lunch for the group

-  In summertime we also offer some salary for those, who take responsibilities on Airbnb and Booking host taks.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

We can only accept volunteers with a European passport or appropriate visa and insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with visa applications.

It's good to know that working here, often you have to have initiative in tasks, managing your own time, and being flexible in taking into consideration priorities and needs of the center.

Tasks include:

- Housekeeping (cleaning & laundry)
- Photography
- Canva
- Gardening in spring/summer/autumn
- Cooking for the volunteer team
- Hosting and helping in the kitchen during retreats, events and workshops
- Building & renovating the spaces
- Painting (walls, but also creative murals if you have the skills)
- Fixing, decorating and doing maintenance
- Interior design
