(Workshop 2)  Wednesday, July 22th                                  Guest Speaker: Tasha Hickey                                       Topic: Self Care During Difficult Times                        Time: 4:30 PM Where: Zoom                                                 During a pandemic what can you do to make sure that your mental health is supported so that you can support your family and those who you are near and dear to you? Come to this session to learn some ways to be well during a pandemic and times of social and emotional unrest. Afterward, learn meditation techniques with Tannika Poole. *

(Workshop 3 ) Wednesday, July 29th Guest Speaker: Robert Hickey, III                                                                           Topic: A Historical Perspective on Racism                  Time: 7:00 PM     Where: Zoom                                                       Racism historical perspectives and why does it exist? How do we know? Steps to take moving forward.
