Trauma-Sensitive Meditation Training - September 5th-September 11th 2022
This training is for individuals who are interested in taking their first step into a meditation practice, or individuals who are interested in guiding others through meditation. No experience is required!

The Trauma Sensitive Meditation Guide is a 7 day training to offer individuals support in their own meditation practice, followed by guidance in offering guided trauma sensitive meditations to others.

In this workshop you will learn:

- The components and functions of the Autonomic Nervous System

- How to recognize and apply different styles of meditation

- How to guide simple meditation practices to themselves and/or others

September 5th-September 11th
Monday 5th(12-12:30pm): 30 minute virtual guided meditation
Tuesday 6th 12-12:30pm):  30 minute virtual guided meditation
Wednesday 7th(12-12:30pm): 30 minute virtual guided meditation
Thursday 8th(12-12:30pm): 30 minute virtual guided meditation
Friday 9th (12-12:30pm): 30 minute virtual guided meditation
Saturday 10th (12-12:30pm):  30 minute self- guided meditation
Sunday 11th (9AM-5PM ): 8 hour in person training

This training is Guided by Kierstin Graham YACEP, Trauma Informed Meditation, Yoga, and Breathwork Instructor.
