Hayfield Farm Swim Club 2021 Summer Lease Registration for Non Members
REGISTRATION BEGINS -- March 14, 2021 at 12pm noon Eastern Time.
This form will be available beginning on March 14, 2021 at Noon. Registrations will not be accepted before that date and time. Please return on or after that date to register for a 2021 lease at Hayfield Farm Swim Club.
Leases will be awarded to registrants in the order in which they were received. When a lease becomes available, you will be notified by email. The cost for the 2021 season is $590 and payment is expected within 10 days of being notified.
Payment will be accepted via check and PayPal.
