Trust Support Staff Objective Setting 2022-23
All support staff are set two objectives in discussion with their line-managers in September. Objectives should be aligned to support whole-school priorities where possible, keeping in mind these are:

1. Teaching: Ensure focus, recaps, modelling, checking and practice happen consistently and fully to ensure disruption-free and distraction-free learning for all lessons, all students and all staff, including in form-time, reflection, interventions, cover and across your department.
2. CPD: Share and act on Speedback consistently, twice each half-term, pursue your own CPD and support others’ CPD.
3. Follow Up: Prepare for, share and follow up consistently on line-management conversations and at least three top, rank-ordered actions every week.

Targets could therefore be around a work activity which is key to supporting teachers and fellow colleagues in achieving the whole school priorities above and around supporting or achieving CPD activities.
