Registration for PreK3, PreK4, Kindergarten and Grade 1 for the 2023/2024 School Year
Thank you for choosing Immaculate Heart of Mary School for your family.  We are thrilled to have your family as a part of ours.

The age requirements for our Early Childhood Education programs are as follows:

PreK3:  Child must be 3 years of age on or before September 1, 2023.  Child must be fully potty trained.  No pull-ups are permitted.
PreK4:  Child must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2023.  
Kindergarten:  Child must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2023.
Grade 1:  Child must be 6 years of age on or before September 1, 2023.

Documents which will need to be submitted via email at tuition@iheartmary.org or dropped off at Immaculate Heart of Mary School within 48 hours of application are:  

(1)  your child's birth certificate
(2)  current Immunization Record.

Documents which will also need to be submitted via email at tuition@iheartmary.org or dropped off at Immaculate Heart of Mary School, if applicable:

(1)  Baptismal Certificate if baptized outside of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish
(2)  Custody agreements or custody court orders
(3)  Any and all test results, including psychological testing, educational disability testing, and/or any IEP.

You will be contacted by Traci Kovach, Director of Finance, Development and Admissions, with regard to submitting the $350.00 non-refundable registration fee.  Payment of this $350.00 registration fee guarantees your child's seat for the 2023/24 school year. This $350.00 non-refundable registration fee is per family.
