The U.S. Virgin Islands Powerlifting Federation (USVIPF) is committed to the worldwide movement for doping-free sport. As a condition of membership, all USVIPF members (to include athletes, referees, and personnel) shall agree to be bound, without exception, to the IPF Anti-Doping Rules as well the WADA Code and all affiliated WADA guidelines,policies and protocols.

The USVIPF mission includes eradicating the use of prohibited substances and methods (as described in the WADA code and all associated WADA guidelines, practices, and policies) from powerlifting in the U.S. Virgin Islands. As such, all members of the USVIPF , by virtue of membership, are also agreeing to submit to out of competition, out of meet and in meet drug testing, either at a sanctioned IPF, IPF Affiliate Nation, or USVI Powerlifting federation meet,  or on a  "no notice" basis.

If found guilty of violating  any IPF,WADA, and/or USVIPF anti-doping rules the USVIPF member will be responsible for paying any associated fines and/or fees issued by the IPF, WADA, and/or USVIPF against the lifter or against the USVIPF on behalf of said lifter.

Submittal of this form serves as your concurrence to comply wth all WADA, WADA affiliate signatory organizations including the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF).
