Did you know that Habitat for Humanity of York County was recently awarded $180,000 in grant funding primarily focused on revitalizing Carroll Park, in addition to beautification of homes?

Did you know that Clinton College and the city of Rock Hill were awarded a $3.5 million grant from the Department of Health and Human Services to address the health disparities for residents of the Southside of Rock Hill and make healthy foods more easily accessible?

Did you know the Clinton ConNEXTion Action Plan includes a proposed Community Land Trust for the Southside of Rock Hill to help ensure community ownership, stewardship, and sustainability?
