We are a group of engineering students at H.H. Dow High School in Midland, MI.  Our course, Engineering Design and Development, is an opportunity to define and solve real world problems.  We aim to establish whether or not rowers and coxswains have any difficulty locating obstacles; including but not limited to deadheads, logs, dock pilings, etc when they are rowing.
