Why don't job posts disclose pay range?
You find an interesting job post and get excited to apply. Unfortunately, there isn't any info on what the pay range would be for the position. You look on Glassdoor but the scale varies wildly. You send in your app anyway and get an initial interview! But the HR contact is cagey and still won't reveal anything about a potential salary range.

If you've ever had an experience like this while applying to jobs — we want to hear from you.
