Thank you for choosing Mobile Ballet for your child’s dance training!
Please complete the form below to PRE-REGISTER your dancer for Mobile Ballet's Summer Intensive 2023. Submissions will be processed in the order they are received.
STEP 1: Please complete all sections and carefully review the policies and waivers included at bottom of form, click the checkboxes to acknowledge you have read and understand each item, and sign at bottom.
STEP 2: You will receive an automated email confirming that your form has been submitted. Submissions will then be reviewed and approved for placement. The Primary Parent/Guardian will be contacted via email or phone if additional info is required.
STEP 3: After your pre-registration has been approved and dancer's class placement has been determined, the Primary Parent/Guardian will receive a REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION via email. This email will contain your tuition amount due and student account login link for our school registration program, Studio Pulse.
STEP 4: When your registration is complete, use the provided link to set up your Studio Pulse student account and add your preferred payment info.
Classes take place at the Mobile Ballet studio at 4351 Downtowner Loop N, Mobile AL.
