讲座大纲:
自 新冠疫情爆发以来,大家的生活都多少受到影响,无论是人与人之间的沟通、关心、工作还是教育孩子的方式,无论大小,都可能带来挑战,进而影响我们的心理健康和福祉。新加坡潮州八邑会馆潮女组特此邀请了资深心理学家,国大兼职助理教授林万德博士在线上为大家分享应对变化的一些方法以及如何照顾自己及关心亲朋戚友的情绪变化。

Talk Outline:
Life has changed since the onset of Covid-19 and everyone has been trying to cope with the constant changes. Be it the way we communicate, care for others, work or educate our children, the global pandemic has evidently brought about changes in many different ways. Such changes, big or small, could bring about challenges which could impact on our mental health and well-being. As part of the talk series organised by the Ladies Committee of the Teochew Poit Ip Huay Kuan, we have invited Dr Harry Lim, applied practitioner and NUS Adjunct Assistant Professor, to share some ways we could manage changes and how we could best take care of ourselves and our loved ones in changing times.
