Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in Happy Fairy Art. We are all about preserving the beauty of nature in your home and will work with you to ensure that the flowers you entrust to us are carefully preserved so you are able to treasure them for many years to come.

Before we begin working on your order, we would greatly appreciate it if you could answer the following questions. We love to have as many details up front about any design preferences in order to ensure we start off on the right foot and be more efficient.

Please note:
- If you are located internationally and have a fresh flower bouquet you would like to have preserved, please contact us prior to ordering. We have instructions about packing and shipping your flowers that we can share with you!
- For fresh bouquets: due to the drying process, the colour and texture of the flowers will change. We do our best to ensure they retain as much of their original colour as possible, however, some change naturally occurs.

Once you share your details with us, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss the details and next steps, including your deposit to officially reserve your date.
