Trauma Informed Leadership Team Membership Application
Membership of TILT is guided by three principles to ensure a statewide perspective.
 
1. ) Statewide focus and representation:  Membership includes both statewide leadership as well as all regions of the state. In addition, both rural and urban considerations are essential.  

2.) Cross-sector representation: To ensure knowledge from key sectors is shared, membership includes leaders from those sectors. Initial sectors deemed necessary are from non-profit organizations, state government, higher education, private foundations, and for-profit private sector organizations.

3.) Coalition representation: Several coalitions have formed in Iowa in the last several years and have contributed significantly to the body of resources available in the state. TILT seeks coalition  leadership engagement.

TILT meetings are held every other month.
