2024 Summer Session Enrollment Intention Form and Agreement

Summer Session will run from Monday, June 3, 2024 through Friday, July 19, 2024.  Summer Session is an independent term and will incur a tuition cost of $2,700.00 for a standard 1.0-unit course (plus additional art or lab fees, where applicable).  Holy Cross students who cannot afford to pay the full tuition are encouraged to submit a Financial Aid Application Form by May 15, 2024 (financial aid applications submitted after May 15 will still be considered but funding may be limited).

Students will be notified of their activation for Summer Session within 1 working week of submitting this Summer Session Enrollment Intention Form and Agreement.  Students will then need to log into STAR and enroll themselves into a summer course of interest.  All Summer courses will be designated in STAR as OL (Online only). If you need assistance with enrollment, contact Patricia Ring, Registrar's Office (pring@holycross.edu).

Full tuition payment is due when course enrollment is billed to your account (usually within two business days from course enrollment). Those students who have enrolled in a summer session course and fail to pay the entire tuition charge by May 1, 2024 will be dropped from the course (without fees).  Those students who enroll in a summer session course after May 1, 2024 and fail to pay the entire tuition charge within 2 business days will be dropped from the course and charged a processing fee.  If you must receive Financial Aid in order to participate in Summer Session, and it is after May 1, please do not take any further action until you have received your Financial Aid decision. 

PLEASE NOTE: The College will charge you a processing fee equal to 10% of tuition paid if you withdraw from May 2 - June 4, 2024; 50% of tuition paid if you withdraw on June 5, 2024; and 100% of tuition paid if you withdraw after June 5, 2024. This schedule applies in lieu of the College's Refund Policy.

Separate arrangements must be made by students who choose to live on-campus for Summer, there will also be an additional room & meals charge (with no financial aid available for room & meals) - contact summerhousing@holycross.edu if interested.
