NHW Santa Secret Shop Vendor Request Form
Thursday December 7th, 2023 at the North Hopewell-Winterstown Elementary School from 5:00-7:30pm. Vendors may enter after 3:45pm to set up. Vendor request: $25 per spot or $25 worth of your product to be used in a raffle basket for our Color Fun Run event in May. A table will be available for your use; however, you may bring your own. This is a table top event. Payment is needed to hold your spot for the event. Do not pay until you hear back from a PTO member for approval (we do not want duplicate vendors). Please pay by cash/check by/before Thursday, Dec. 7th, made payable to NHW PTO. Santa and Mrs. Claus will make an appearance this evening!
