Presenter Expectations Acceptance *
Posters will be posted in our online conference platform and in-person in the poster gallery . Posters will be available for viewing by all conference attendees approximately one week before the conference online, during all days of the conference, and for at least one month after the conclusion of the conference. In-person posters will be set up on Friday afternoon (times TBD) and should be available for viewing by in-person attendees starting on Friday evening during the Opening Reception. Poster Judges will be able to view posters online approximately one week before the start of the conference and will complete their reviews by the end of the conference day on Sunday, March 25, 2024. The Poster Award will be announced as part of the Conference Closing on Monday, March 25, 2024. An in-person timeframe for poster judges to ask questions will be scheduled once final decisions have been made and this information will be provided to poster presenters by December 31, 2023.
