Measuring "Cost of Regulation", an exercise by DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
This questionnaire is aimed at measuring the Administrative Burden on businesses arising due to regulatory requirements. The questions are purpose-driven to evaluate the “Cost of Regulation” objectively.

1. Time Cost
Definition: Time spent by employees of the firm on different activities during the application stage. It includes, but not limited to, time spent on preparing for the original application (and application for renewals, wherever applicable).

2. Substantive Cost
