Insurance Coverage:

I understand that if my business does not currently possess adequate insurance coverage, I may be required to obtain and submit proof of insurance as specified by Decimate Metalfest organizers. This insurance may include, but is not limited to, General Liability, Product Liability, and Worker's Compensation, as outlined in the festival's vendor requirements. Failure to provide the necessary insurance documentation within the designated timeframe may result in the rejection of my vendor application.

Liability for Lost or Stolen Items:

I acknowledge that Decimate Metalfest and its organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event. I understand that it is my responsibility to safeguard my personal belongings, merchandise, and any equipment I bring to the festival premises.

Vendor Fee:

I understand that there is a non-refundable vendor fee of $200.00 CAD associated with my participation as a vendor at Decimate Metalfest. This fee is payable by e-transfer at the time of registration. Failure to submit the vendor fee within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of my vendor registration. If you are unable to cover your vendor fee at the time of registration, please let us know. We want to work with you!
