2022-2023 Transportation Registration form
School: Walter and Gladys Hill Public School

Designated School- each student has a designated school based in their primary address. You can determine your child's designated school using the interactive zone maps available through our FMPSD website, https://www.fmpsdschools.ca/Maps.php

Transportation (via Yellow School Bus, Little Bus) is available at your school. If you require bussing for your child(ren) please fill out all the required fields.

One application form per family is all that is required.

Transportation fees effective August 30, 2022:
 One child = $410.00
Two children = $820.00
Family (three or more)  = $1,230.00
** Fees are subject to change without notice

Your registration will not be considered complete and a bus pass will not be issued until payment is made in full through the parent portal, located under student fees. Failure to pay transportation fees will result in loss of bus privileges. These fees will be added to your child's account as soon as the form is reviewed and approved by our office staff.

Please note, there will be NO MID-DAY bus run for Kindergarten students.
