Archer Glen Parent/Guardian Input for Class Placement for 2024-25 School Year
Each spring, placement teams begin the process of developing the next year's class rosters. Placement teams take great care to consider a number of factors that contribute to the success of each child, including social, emotional, and academic factors. Teams also consider factors that lead to balanced classrooms that benefit all students, such as balancing class size, academic strengths and goals, and behavioral and work habits. Placement teams include your child's teacher, other grade level teachers, specialists, counselor, principal, and other staff knowledgeable of your child and your child's grade level peers.

If you would like to provide input to the placement team, please fill out this form by May 12th. Requests for specific teachers are not considered as a part of the placement process.

Input might include academic, social, and emotional strengths and needs, aspects of the learning environment that benefit your child, and goals you would like to see your child work towards next year.
