We are looking forward to a fun weekend away together this year from the 23rd September to the 25th September 2022.

A schedule and further details will be released closer to the time, but for now all information necessary for securing your place for the weekend away is included below!

COST AND PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Adults- £65               (Early Bird Rate- £55)
Kids (5-16)- £45       (Early Bird Rate- £35)
Kids under 5- Free

The Early Bird Rate can be secured by booking and paying the 50% deposit before JULY 22nd.
(Payments for the optional group activities should be included with the deposit.)

All payments can be made by bank transfer through the details below with the reference (family name + WA22). If you would like to pay by cash please speak with Pastor Tori or Sam MacKinnon.

If the cost of the weekend away would make it difficult to attend, please get in touch with Pastor Tori or Pastor Jacob. We would hate for you to miss out on this opportunity to gather as a church family because of finances.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If you choose to cancel your booking for the weekend away we will be able to refund you up until August 24th-- after this date we will not be able to refund you.



ARRIVAL
Arrival will begin from 6pm on the Friday September 23rd until 8pm. Please do not arrive early unless you have been designated to help with organisation so that we can make sure everything is prepared.
There will be light snacks available (scones, oven pizzas, crisps, baked goods, coffee, tea, etc.), but not a full meal.

Our welcome service will begin at 8pm.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED (a further more detailed list will be sent out closer to time):
- bedding (pillows, duvet, sheets, etc.)
- toiletries: ( shampoo, soap, towels, etc.)
- Bible/Notebook (if you desire)



*PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT
During the weekend away we will be taking photographs and video which will be used for the church website/social media/etc. purposes both online and offline. By completing the booking form, you are giving your consent to the footage and photographs to be used in this manner. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact Pastor Tori with your concerns prior to completing the booking form.

UNDER 18
If you are under 18 and attending without a parent you will need to have a parental consent form filled out prior to the weekend away. You can see any of the youth leaders to get this.
