Getting to Cahoots is ultimately your responsibility, but we can connect up folks to carpool.

This information is needed for cabin assignments, to pay the camp (per person per day), and to plan food. If you are not sure please make your best guess, and confirm when you arrive on site.

Everyone at Cahoots volunteers in one way or another. Let us know what you will be doing!

Your information will be kept confidential and communicated only amongst organizers. Cahoots food always includes vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. We ask all attendees to help us offer a nut-free festival. All attendees are required to follow all instructions and procedures about safety and food safety.

This agreement releases Student Christian Movement and Cahoots Festival and its organizers from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during Cahoots festival 2024. I agree to hold Student Christian Movement, Cahoots festival 2024, and its organizers entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Student Christian Movement for any reason. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

This agreement releases the Student Christian Movement and Cahoots festival and organizers from all liability relating to injuries to my children that may occur during Cahoots festival 2024. I forfeit the right to bring suit against the Student Christian Movement or Cahoots festival or organizers for any reason. In return, my child/children will receive participation at Cahoots festival. I confirm that I am the legal parent or guardian of this child and that I am attending the festival or have named a responsible adult supervisor who will attend.

I authorize Cahoots festival and the Student Christian Movement to use and publish photographs, video, audio and other materials including me which are taken in conjunction with Cahoots festival. I will respect the wishes of other festival participants when I am taking and sharing photos, etc.
