JF Student Mission Trip Scholarship Request Form
Because of generous gifts to Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, we are able to provide assistance to a limited number of families who are seeking to send their students on mission trips through our student ministry.

Once this form is submitted you should receive at automated reply informing you that the student staff has received your application. Someone from our staff will contact you within a couple of weeks to confirm how we are able to assist you.
