Which of the following NaIP activities did you perform? Please check all that apply.

Scouting: Seek out user groups and communities that have the potential to benefit from advanced computing, but have not yet done so

Selection: Help the "most ready" of these groups to launch and sustain successful projects using XSEDE resources. This may mean getting a startup grant with or without ECSS. It may also mean that the group participates in XSEDE training, education, and/or campus bridging activities and/or uses/joins an existing Gateway or Community project.

Mentoring: Help new startup grants from NaIP communities make productive use of their allocation by using the SUs to develop a successful XRAC proposal, or at least to learn how best to use advanced computing resources not allocated by XSEDE.

Obtaining Extended Collaborative Support: Recognize instances when these groups need ECS (ESRT, ESCC, Gateway, or ESTEO) and make sure they obtain it. This may include a leading or assisting role in formulating an ECSS work plan.

Providing Extended Collaborative Support: Participate in the execution of an ECSS work plan.

In 1-2 paragraphs of prose, please summarize your work in contacting various people, highlighting significant outcomes and progress. By significant outcomes or progress, we mean were you able to get them to use XSEDE resources again or were you able to help them submit an allocation request. In addition, please list any kudos that have been received as they will get highlighted in XSEDE's report to the NSF.
