WASTE WISE POLICY:
In support of the Victorian Government and Alpine Shire Council sustainability initiatives, the 2023 Festival will adopt a new Waste Wise policy that will include a full ban on problematic single-use plastics such as plastic drinking straws, cutlery, plates and drink stirrers. This ban will also apply to food service items and drink containers made from expanded polystyrene and single use sachets.  Full Waste Wise Policy available on our website.

Gas cylinders must be stored in a safe area and have a current compliance stamp.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By accepting the Brighter Days Foundation's invitation to operate a stall at the 2023 Festival, the stall holder agrees to:

☞ Report to the festival organiser upon arrival to sign-in and be shown to the allocated site.
☞ Co-operate with all directions and instructions given by the festival organisers, including site allocation.
☞ Set up the stall and remove vehicles, that are not required as part of the stall, within the allocated Bump In and Bump Out times frames. You will be advised of your allocated Bump In and Bump Out times when/if your application is successful.
☞ Finish trading, pack up and secure your stall in line with the event closure time each evening.

OCCUPANCY OF THE SITE AND ACCESS IS PROHIBITED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11PM - 7AM. ANYONE FOUND TO BE STAYING OVERNIGHT ONSITE WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.

☞ Leave the site at any time if instructed to do so by the event organiser.
☞ Complete and supply all supporting documentation when requested - including Public Liability insurance certificate.
☞ Dispose of all rubbish and leave the site as clean as when you arrived.
☞ Comply with the Food Act by registering on www.streatrader.com.au no later than 7 days before the event. (Food sellers only)

The event organiser reserves the right to make executive decisions regarding any aspect of the Brighter Days Festival which are not limited to the terms of the stall holder agreement. The stall holder understands this and agrees not to hold the Brighter Days Foundation, the event organisers or event volunteers accountable for any loss or damage that the stall holder may incur as a result of decisions made or actions taken by the event organiser or regulatory organisations.

This event will run under the Victorian COVIDSafe Settings and any restrictions imposed by Public Health. These requirements are fluid and may include measures enforced by the relevant government authorities at the time.
