Bolesworth is delighted to host two weeks of international equestrian sport, including CSI 3*, CSI 2* (with 5 x Longines Ranking classes over two weeks), CSI 1*, CSI YH (5/6/7yo), CSI Amateur (1m/1.10m/1.20m - mainly in main ring), CSIP/Ch (week one), CSiU25 (week two), Puissance (week two).
Please complete this form, and we will then contact you via email to confirm your entry. Once we have processed your entries and we have agreed to accept them we will send you an email to confirm that you can send your entries in via your National Federation for us to accept.
- Riders entering two weeks will be given priority as well as those booking hospitality.

- Any barn stable upgrades, additional tack stables, or stallion boxes required must be registered here or cannot be guaranteed.
- We will endeavour to fulfil all stable requests to be stabled together with friends/clients where possible, but cannot fulfil any in barns if barn stabling is not booked for all parties.
- Amateur entries require a deposit payment of £150+VAT on confirmation - a link will be provided via email.
Any changes to horse numbers/entries once submitted
(before the 3rd June) must be done by editing your submitted form.
You will receive an automatic email after submitting this form, to edit please select the 'edit response' on the form. If you want to withdraw all entries, you must email riders@bolesworth.com.
Please note: this entry form is taken as a definite wish to enter, and once entries are accepted by us and you send them to your National Federation, your entries are definite and subject to withdrawal fees as follows;- Withdrawals after definite entries date (24th May) - £200
- Withdrawals after last date for substitutions (3rd June) - Full entry fee
Amateur Entries - please note: deposits are non-refundable. Withdrawals without a vet note made from 10th May will be charged at 50% of the entry fee. Withdrawals made from 24th May will be charged at 100% of the entry fee.
