Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Tennessee Counseling Association Annual Conference! Our conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Franklin, TN on November 21– 24, 2024.

This year's theme is - Counseling for All.  Proposals are due April 15th, 2024.  

We are accepting proposals for 60-minute educational sessions and will have four 3-hour educational sessions (Learning Institutes).  The TCA conference committee will review all proposals and notify attendees of acceptance by the end of May.  Proposals are encouraged but not required to align with this year's conference theme.

We also want to support and provide opportunities for our student members. We have a separate opportunity for our graduate students to present and would encourage them to consider a Graduate Student Poster session.  More information on that opportunity can be found here: https://www.tcacounselors.org/graduate-student-posters  

Please note that TCA presentations are peer reviewed.  

As always, all presenters are required to register for the conference. Registration information will soon be released. Please note each presenter can only be listed on two presentations including being a co-presenter.
