I understand these pictures may distinctly identify my child(ren). I further release Sunset Ridge District 29 and its employees, officials, and agents from liability of any claims, including without limitation, claims for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy and right of privacy, and infringement of proprietary rights, arising out of or relating to the exercise of rights granted under this CONSENT AND RELEASE.

Sunset Ridge District 29 has permission to allow photographs and videos to be taken of me and to allow those photographs or videos to be published by local media sources where school business and activities are published.

Sunset Ridge District 29 DOES NOT have permission to allow photographs and videos to be taken of me and to allow those photographs or videos to be published by local media sources where school business and activities are published.

Notwithstanding the foregoing clauses, consent will be implied and assumed when using your image in internal print or electronic communications.
