Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these T&Cs and by entering this prize draw, all entrants will be
deemed to have accepted and be bound by these T&Cs.

The prize draw is open to all schools in the United Kingdom. Entry is via this google form only. It is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
Maximum of one entry and prize per school except that if a school is nominated by both a STEM Ambassador and a teacher from their school both entries will be included in the prize draw but the school can only win one prize. No more than one STEM Ambassador and one Teacher can nominate the school.

The promotional period is open from 9:00 on 24th November 2021 to 23:59 on 30th July 2022.
There will be two prize draws within this time, one with a closing date of 23:59 on 31st March 2022 and the second with the closing date of 23:59 on 30th July 2022.  Entries received after this time will not be counted.
All entrants from the beginning of the promotional period will be entered into the second prize draw.
STEM Learning accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.

Must have an active STEM ambassador account with STEM Learning Ltd. to enter as a STEM Ambassador.
Sign up 1 Teacher and 10 students from your nominated school.

Teachers:

Each draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. Every eligible entry submitted will be assigned a number and the entry number will be selected by a random number generator on the day of the draw.
Winners will be contacted by email or phone (if a phone number is provided) within 7 days of the prize draw once the entry is verified.
If a winner does not respond to STEM Learning within 14 days of being notified by STEM Learning, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and STEM Learning will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The prize will take the form of vouchers for the school to invest in STEM resources to the value of £500. The prize is supplied by IBM.
STEM Learning reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond STEM Learning's / IBM's control makes it necessary to do so. STEM Learning will begin the process of allocating the prize within 14 days of the winner being notified of their win.

STEM Learning or IBM reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The decision of STEM Learning regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. STEM Learning must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation STEM Learning will send the school name of prize winners to anyone who emails c.page@stem.org.uk or writes to STEM Learning’s address (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the relevant closing date stated above. If you object to your school name being published or made available, please contact STEM Learning at the e-mail address above. In such circumstances, STEM Learning must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
