GATHERING RESOURCES: This application has twelve sections. Before starting the applications process, you might want to visit the
CYIA Resources page and gather the following information:
- The CEF Statement of Faith
- The CEF Child Protection Policy requires you watch a video and read the policy.
- The 2023 CYIA Handbook
- Reference Contact Information (for 1st year participating - pastor, parent, two friends = 4 total)
- Prayer Partners (with contact information = 5 total)
- Your $50 registration deposit (credit card or check)
