This form is for booking a partially-subsidised visit for Year 5 pupils to one of the The University of Manchester’s four cultural venues
The subsidy offer comprises:

- Manchester Museum offer: £150 travel bursary per class OR a free Inflatable Museum visit to your school
- Whitworth Art Gallery offer: 1 free workshop per class
- John Rylands Library offer: £150 travel bursary per class (workshops are free as standard)
- Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre offer: £150 per class off the cost of admission

PLEASE NOTE: Completing this form does not guarantee your funding. There are a limited number of subsidies available. These will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. We will let you know whether your application has been successful.
