This study is being undertaken as part of the project “Strengthening digital capacity for cultural and creative entrepreneurs in Mekong cluster” implemented by UNESCO Bangkok with support from the Republic of Korea’s Ministry of Culture. The project aims to identify digital skill gaps in creative and culture professionals and develop capacity-building activities to fill in these gaps.  

The survey targets individuals who are working in the culture and creative sectors (e.g. artists, cultural professionals, heritage managers, museum staff), and those managing cultural and arts organizations.

Participants in this survey are being asked to answer questions relating to the types of digital skills that they are competent in and those that they would like to see improved, so they can fully benefit from the digital transformations taking place within the culture sector and in the society at large.  

The main objective of this Digital skills survey is to identify the digital skills gaps, which will help us to identify the most urgent needs in terms of digital skill development for artists, culture professionals and arts and culture organizations. The findings from the survey will be used to guide our future capacity-building activities.  

Your responses will not be linked to your identity or your work activity, although we will request some personal information to capture the general profiles of our respondents.
