Concurrent session presenters attending the conference who are Commonwealth employees are responsible for all expenses incurred during the conference (i.e., registration, lodging, travel, meals, etc.) NOTE: Prior approval from the Executive Committee must be obtained for stipends to be paid to anyone who is not a Commonwealth employee.
By submitting your abstract, you are aware of the above policy.

All rooms will be arranged theater style (chairs only). At your request, the concurrent session room will contain any equipment checked below.  All other AV equipment must be provided by the presenter; such as, speakers, clicker, etc...
