Volunteer Princess Application
Please complete the following form and submit to the Volunteer Princess Coordinators, Cassie Perry and Beth Murley. You may email them: cassie@missvolunteeramerica.net and busylady03@gmail.com with any questions you may have.  Once the application is submitted, please email a headshot to stacy@missvolunteeramerica.net to include in the National Program Book. Once a Volunteer Princess is approved, the $500 Registration Fee must be submitted via check made payable to Miss Volunteer America and mailed to: Miss Volunteer America 4117 Hillsboro Pike Suite 103-301 Nashville, Tennessee 37215. If you would like to order an optional Official Volunteer Princess State Sash, an additional $125 should be added to your Registration Fee for a total of $625. If you prefer to Venmo, you must add 3% to cover the fees and can send the either $515.00 or $643.75 if you are electing to purchase a sash to @MissVolunteerAmerica.

The Official Volunteer Princess State Sash will include the state name of the Miss titleholder with which your daughter is paired during Pageant Week. For example:  Miss Nevada Volunteer Princess  The sash is created by SashMe for Volunteer Princesses and will have a double row of AB rhinestones framing the sash with royal blue trim and royal blue thread.

Would you like to purchase photos from the Official Volunteer Princess Photographer? The Official Princess Photographer will be taking photos of the princesses at all rehearsals, official events, onstage at Opening Ceremonies, during the Princess Production Number on stage every night during the pageant, each night in front of the Volunteer Princess Step & Repeat before the Evening Gown Competition begins (individually of each girl in her white gown), and during Evening Gown Competition each preliminary night onstage. The cost of the Volunteer Princess Photos is $75 and if you select to purchase the photo package, a Quickbooks invoice will be emailed to you. Photos will be sent to you via Dropbox by the Monday after the pageant, if not before.  *
