Request for Library Sponsored Program
Thank you for your interest in presenting a program with us! Please read below and complete our form.

Presentations must meet the mission of the library as an open, educational or cultural program. The Library does not sponsor partisan or specific business-related presentations.
• Fees are not generally charged unless for supplies.
• Presenters are not permitted to require collection of phone numbers or email contacts of attendees. Presenters may have an optional, voluntary contact sheet in the space.
• Presenters may provide literature for attendees to take and/or have business cards or other materials available.
• The Library will handle registration.
• The Library will provide the space, tables & chairs, and AV equipment.
• The Library will promote through normal means (newsletter, flyers, social media) and the presenter is expected to assist with marketing the program.

The Library does not sponsor partisan or specific business-related presentations. The Library reserves the right to invite additional speakers for a more balanced approach to a sensitive topic. The Library reserves the right to decline sponsorship of the program for any reason. If the Library does not partner, inquirers may consider renting community room space for their presentation, per the Meeting Room Policy.
