The City of Windsor invites local entertainers to join in the celebration of Bright Lights Windsor 2022.
Programming and activities will take place at Jackson Park, between December 2, 2022 and January 8, 2023 with performances to occur on Fridays and Saturdays between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
Honorariums are available for approved entertainers:

$150.00 total per 1 hr. performance. Honorarium total includes all members of performance.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING
•
Applicants must currently reside in the region of Windsor/Essex.
• Entertainers are responsible for their own microphone and sound system if required
• Bright Lights will provide a performance location within the park
•
Entertainers performing in the park without festival approval will be removed.
•
All accepted entertainers will be required to sign an Artist Agreement and waiver.
