11th & 12th Grade Virtual Students Introduction
Hello, if you are an 11th or 12 grade student at Talley High School and are in the virtual program, you are in the right place! Please take some time to fill out this form prior to our orientation meeting. This will serve multiple purposes and any response that you share with stay with me and no one else. Ultimately, I just want to get to know about you a bit before our initial meeting so I can have a good understanding for where you are at and where you want to be. While we are required to "meet" at least once a week, there is an option to "meet" on zoom or in person. While I am going to highly encourage you to meet with me in person, I understand that there are other variables at play. What are your goals for this virtual program? I say this because many of you are in here for a variety of reasons. Some want to have a different classroom setting, others want to graduate as soon as possible, others want to catch up on past courses, some want to transfer back to their "former home" schools. There are a lot of reasons, so I would love to hear yours! *
