COVID-19 Community Response and Relief Grant Application
The COVID-19 Community Response and Relief Fund has been established to provide financial support to tax exempt organizations in our region who are collaboratively working with persons who are disproportionately impacted by coronavirus and the economic consequences of this outbreak. Direct service grants will help fund front line human services in the region who demonstrate an expertise in addressing the needs of the most vulnerable citizens. These funds are designed to provide individual assistance with things like rent, utilities, food, etc.

How will you assess individual needs and that the need is caused by the Covid-19 pandemic? Once community-level needs have been determined, distributions will focus on supporting the needs of working families, starting with UW communities that already have partnership in place to provide individual assistance with things like rent, utilities, food, etc.
