Flying 2. Turnaround swing with any dismount
Flying 3. Remount, or roll-ups if not remounting yet
Flying 4. Any selection of your favorite tricks! Catching or not, either is fine
Conditioning 1. Pull-ups: please show that your feet are not on the ground at the start/end of the movement. Assistance with a resistance band is fine. Perform as many reps as possible.
Conditioning 2. Back-bend: push up from the ground and hold, up to 30 seconds
Conditioning 3. Handstand: Facing a wall, walking the feet up the wall, up to 30 seconds
Conditioning 4. Hanging leg raise: Hanging from a bar, lift toes toward the bar as high as you can! Perform as many reps as possible.
