Co-President
1. Act as liaison between HLCFA and Dean of Students Office
2. Coordinate board meetings
3. Oversee leadership team
Treasurer
1. Maintain budget
2. Facilitate financial correspondence with Dean of Students office
3. Manage club reimbursement procedures
4. Oversee the use of club debit cards and club bank account
Communications Coordinator
1. Create and send out club newsletters/emails
2. Manage social media pages
3. Take pictures of events
Event Planner/General Board
1. As a group, plan about four events per semester (two formal, two casual)
2. Advertise and promote events to reach largest audience possible
3. Schedule and reserve event spaces
4. Serve as points of reference for general members of the organization
