Mandatory parent meeting MAY 1 at Bingham Hall
We are beyond excited for this season to start! We have so many new things to share with everyone and this is set to be our best season yet! It is REQUIRED that each cheerleader has 1 parent or guardian present during this meeting. Cheerleaders may not begin the season without a parent meeting so if you are unable to attend due to a nonnegotiable commitment or illness please RSVP and set up a date with our coordinators ASAP

Please come at your allotted timeslot for your team
  • 6:15 Gameday only (Non-expo 5/6) squad parents
  • 7:00 Expo squad parents (D8+D10)
  • 7:15 D10 + D12 comp parents followed by squad specific breakout session
Please RSVP below

During this meeting we will do a shot presentation to cover everything you need to know for the upcoming season including:
  • Required paperwork
  • Parent and Cheerleader code of conduct
  • Coaching, volunteering/committees, snack stand, and team parents
  • Upcoming dates and events
  • Spring clinics
  • Rosters/teams (Expo teams will not be finalized until July pending staffing)
  • Finances
  • Uniform requirements and opportunities to purchase supplemental items (we will be sending an email as well over the next few days regarding shoe purchase, uniform supplements, and extra swag so you know what you need and where to buy it!)
  • If you have any items to exchange or donate such as purple zip up hoodies or drawstring bags, you can bring them to the meeting!
We we spend the bulk of the meeting in a question/answer format so that we can answer any questions you have to make sure everyone is fully prepared for the season! Refreshments will be served!
