Fill out this form to become a member of Cottage Grove Civic Association. Members must be residents or business owners within the neighborhood of Cottage Grove.

Members must also pay dues, which are $25/household or $50/business. Venmo or Zelle are the only methods accepted at this time for dues. Once you fill out the form, a member of the Civic Association will contact you to arrange payment.
